Bubble Juice Recipe::

Time to Make: 5 - 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. Gallon Jug (For Mixing)

  2. 15 Cups Warm Tap Water

  3. Dawn Dish Soap - 2/3 cup (1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons)

  4. Bob Red Mills Guar Gum* - 1 Tablespoon (Binding Polymer) Purchase from Sprouts or Amazon

  5. Baking Powder - 2 Teaspoons (PH Adjuster) *Optional*

Instructions:

  1. Measure out Dish Soap

  2. Slowly pour Guar Gum and Baking Powder into the Dish Soap while stirring. Keep stirring until there are no clumps. You can stir in a bit of your water to make it more pourable

  3. Add the rest of the water to a Gallon Jug

  4. Add Dish Soap Mixture to the Gallon Jug

  5. Sir for 30 seconds or turn it over end-to-end a few times until it’s mixed. Be careful not to create foam.

  6. Add Baking Powder to the jug and turn it over end-to-end a few times (it’s okay if there are clumps. It doesn’t completely dissolve)

  7. Happy Bubbling!!

Tips:

  1. Let your mixture sit for a few hours and even make it the day before. This can make the solution work better. (We acknowledge it’s hard to do this. lol)

  2. Before each use, gently stir your Bubble Juice or turn it over end-to-end.

  3. Foam is your enemy when trying to make large bubbles. Try not to make foam. If you do make some, Isopropyl alcohol spray can be used to reduce foam.

  4. You can purchase Bob Red Mills Guar Gum from Sprouts, Amazon, and other health food stores in the baking section. It’s a common gluten-free baking ingredient. NOW is another popular brand of Guar Gum. Bob Red Mills Guar Gum | NOW Brand Guar Gum

  5. You can use this bubble solution for big bubbles, small bubbles, and everything in between. You can even use it in bubble machines!

  6. Bubble solution kept around room temp can last for 2-4 weeks with good results. Sometimes longer!
